BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL
Booking terms

Bookings and cancellations
At least 14 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge.
Less than 14 days before arrival, up to the day before: a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount applies.
On the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show: the full amount of the booked stay is charged.
Avignon Festival in July: deposits paid when booking are non-refundable.
Bank card verification
A €1 bank card verification transaction may be made 14 days before arrival, in accordance with the terms provided at the time of booking.
Security deposit
A €300 security deposit is requested before arrival through the secure TYLLT platform. No money is charged unless damage is identified after your stay.
House rules
The apartment is non-smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Guests agree to respect the accommodation, its facilities and the building’s communal areas.
Check-in: between 4 pm and 10 pm. Please let us know if you will arrive late so that we can arrange your welcome.
Check-out: before 11 am, including for reserved parking spaces.
