Terms for group bookings
Bookings made more than 30 days before arrival
A non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the estimated total cost of the stay is required.
The balance is payable 30 days before the group’s arrival.
Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival
The full cost of the stay is due on confirmation of the booking and is non-refundable.
Partial changes or cancellations
Up to three rooms may be cancelled without charge before the balance is paid.
